Design resistances of blind bolts in shear, bearing, tension, combined shear and tension, calculated for use with BS 5950-1 and BS EN 1993-1-8 and the UK National Annex, in 10.9 material, diameters 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 24mm.

The single-span design properties of the deck profiles at the construction stage have been established from testing using statistical methods given by BS EN 1993-1-3: 2006 and BS EN 1990: 2002. The spanning capability of the deck profiles when used for two or more continuous spans have also been determined from tests.
The interaction between the concrete and steel at the composite (or normal) stage has also been determined from testing in accordance with BS EN 1994-1-1: 2004 and BS EN 1990: 2002.
Results are described in SCI report RT 1252.

- FBeam Software Eurocode Module
The SCI has assessed the Eurocode Module Version 2.0 used in the FBEAM 2010 Software for the application of the design rules in Eurocodes 3 and 4 and in SCI publication P355 for the design of steel and composite beams with large web openings.

- Fusion Building Systems
